Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection.

  • Approved refunds are completed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy
  • The t-shirt is unused, unworn, unwashed

  • No stains, sweat marks, perfume smells, or damage

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product is returned in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale / discount / clearance items

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products returned with missing tags or damaged packaging

Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests are treated as return requests.

  • Refunds follow the standard refund timeline.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Exchange processing time: 7–10 business days.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Share your order ID, reason, and product photos

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Size & Fit Issues
  • If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange (subject to availability)

  • Please refer to the size chart before ordering — returns based purely on preference (loose/tight style choice) may be declined

  • Only one size exchange per order is allowed

Print, Color & Fabric Disclaimer
  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography.

  • Minor differences in print placement or fabric texture are normal and not considered defects.

  • Shrinkage caused by incorrect washing or drying is not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective (print issue, stitching fault)

  • Incorrect item or size

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
